5 Holiday Six-Pack Secret

Hi,

I've got 5 Holiday six-pack secrets for you today, courtesy of fat loss and "diet guru" Joel Marion.

But first, I'd like to tell you about something really cool that Joel and I recently teamed up on.

Most every holiday season, it's typical for people to gain anywhere from 10-15 lbs of fat.  Well, as fitness professionals, Joel and I want to help you do the exact opposite this year -- L0SE 10-15 lbs during the holidays.

How?  Easy.

Believe it or not, Joel's diet program (Cheat Your Way Thin) revolves around using your favorite foods to lose fat faster--the PERFECT holiday diet.

Essentially, with Joel's program, you can "cheat your way" through the holidays this year without ever having to miss out on a holiday meal, party, or dessert.  Pretty cool, huh?

Now, the holiday edition hasn't officially released yet, but because I'm good friends with Joel he's allowing  me to invite you to an invitation only "pre-sale" that he's having where you can get the entire system at less than half price.

But, it doesn't stop there.  As I mentioned, I've teamed up with Joel to help you lose fat over the holidays this year, so for anyone purchases the holiday edition of Cheat Your Way Thin program via the link below, I'm going to give you not 1, not 2, but THREE holiday bonuses to accelerate your fat loss and results.

Learn about the program and the new bonuses I'm giving you at the link below:

Alright, on to the Holiday six-pack strategies.

NOTE:  These strategies are for holiday parties that may not fall on your strategic cheat day.  For the most part, though, you'll be eating whatever you want at these events with the CYWT program.

1. Feast on Protein -- have a hefty appetite, but don't want to pack on the pounds?  Keep insulin low and the fat burning hormone glucagon high by feasting on protein.  Eating loads of protein will leave you full, without the fat!

2.  Be Hospitable -- I haven't met a party host yet that doesn't appreciate when someone helps out by bringing more food for their guests.  Be hospitable this holiday season and whip up something healthy to bring along, then when you sit down to eat, partake of the healthy meal you brought!  This is a great way to be in control of what you put in your body.

3.  Deplete before a "Big" Day -- If you know you're going to be eating more carbs and calories than usual on a certain day, purposefully deplete your muscle glycogen stores the day before by doing a full body workout with sets of 15-25 reps.  In the end, the calories and carbs you consume will go toward replenishing your depleted stores, instead of spilling over to fat storage.

4.  Modify Your Plate -- Want to eat from the buffet table without restricting "what" you eat?  Try using a dessert sized plate instead of the regular sized ones.  Doing so automatically controls portions, so even if you make some "not so great" choices, you're still not overdoing it.

5.  Make the Announcement -- When you arrive at the party, let people know that you're only having one plate.  Then, should someone see you go back for seconds, you're accountable.  Stating things out in the open is a great way to ensure to remain true to your goals.
