Video: 130 lb. dumbbell rows X 25 reps

Hey Ragesh,

It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here
and myself and my good friend Dave Ruel trained back
the other night and I posted up a video of Big Dave
repping out 1 arm dumbbell rows with the 130's for 25 reps!
