Your questions answered.. (time sensitive)

Hey guys,

Hundreds of people already signed up for my "Instant Workouts"
since it was made available yesterday.

I am getting dozens of great questions about the program and
here are the most frequently asked questions:

1. Why is this digital and not a hard copy?

Digital eliminate shipping. You save money and I save money.
And it eliminates snail mail. Who wants to wait 7-14 days for
something you want right now! Since there isn't any printing
and publishing costs, I can offer this to you as a much cheaper
price. If this was sold as a hard copy, I would easily charge
$147 - the intended price.

2. How fast will I achieve results?

That is totally up to you. If you follow all aspects of the program,
you should notice mental and strength differences in the first 2-3
weeks! Expect some significant visual changes by 6 weeks,
and by 12 weeks expect others to be making comments about
your visual appearance.

3. Do I need to join a gym or can I do these at home?

No matter how little equipment you have at home - I have provided an
exercise substitute for every exercise that you would do in the gym.

4. I have used every program out there-how is your program different?

This is not the typical e-book like every else has. Have you ever tried
to learn how to play a sport from a book? I am like most people, I learn
from watching someone demonstrate proper form which is why I chose
to utilize videos for Instant Workouts.

5. Is this program more for muscle building or fat loss?

This "Instant Workouts" routine was built for fat loss but don't  be
surprised if you gain a lot of muscle from it.

6. How long / often do the workouts normally take?

Each workout is designed to take about 20-30 minutes, 3x a week.
Interval training happens on off days 3x a week and 1 day a week
is for rest.

=====================
Do you want to get ripped
during the holiday season?
=====================

Most studies show that the average person gains 1-2 pounds of
weight during the period between Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.

Although 1-2 pounds doesn't seem to be all that much, it's these small
increases that tend to accumulate into something we later can't burn off.
Not to mention the 10% of people who will gain 5 pounds +.

How can you make sure that you don't gain an ounce of fat during the
holidays (and better yet, possibly get ripped abs during the holidays)?

The answer is very simple:

By Synergizing 3 Main Components:

1. Resistance Training
2. Interval Cardio Training
3. Supportive Eating

I created Instant Workouts to cover all 3 main components on an easy to
follow step by step system.

Grab Instant Workouts right now and join hundreds of people that are
already starting the program before the price doubles.
