Strength & Conditioning Workout Drills

Hey [[firstname]] how's it going?

It's Lee Hayward here and I just spent this past weekend
training with Strength & Conditioning Coach, Jason Paris.
This guy knows his stuff and has trained some top level
College and NFL football players.

Let me tell you, Jason put me through my paces with a lot

of killer workouts and drills that really focus on building
up work capacity, functional strength, balance, agility,
and coordination. These aspects of fitness very often get
neglected with typical bodybuilding workouts that simply
focus on weight training and cardio.

I'm still recovering from all the workouts we did.

And as they say... "I worked muscles I never knew I had" :-)
